    Well that's some shitty shit

    I found my website was reviewed on one of those "review" sites and he had some shitty things to say. Things like....

    "site is a lot of shit and doesn’t offer what they claim"

    "I’m not sure how much it costs, but if it is anything other than free, you’re wasting your time. "

    "I wouldn’t trust this site with a 10ft barge pole, and I certainly wouldn’t be using the service to get off"

    "This site is a scam, but then, aren’t they all?"

    Isn't that kind of fucked up?

                      Cant blame him. the site looks like a leftover from 2005 and nobody will believe that the girls they call are those portrayed in the pictures. So I would say he is right in 90% of his claims at least.

                      The customer is always right, so if you want to grow your company or websites, you need to adapt to a more customer centric approach

                                              It's a review site, just like thousands of other review sites, where the webmaster review other products and sites... and here is a shocker for you; there are still sites that review things, without getting paid for it or have a prior engagement with the site-owner... its called "honest real world reviews based on personal opinion"

I was perplexed by how someone can get away with writing a shitty review of something they've never purchased or experienced. Seems fucked up to me. But I have a moral compass and would never try and make my business better by shitting on other businesses and encouraging surfers not to use that service. That's just mean.

                                                                              Every review is an opportunity to improve yourself or your business. Sometimes reviews hurt, even if they aren't from somebody you've done business with.

                                                                              I would take a look at the review, see if he is right about anything and whether or not you should make some changes. If you don't think so, okay. If you do, take the learning lesson and make some tweaks.

                                                                              Outside of that, take the free link and don't let it ruin your day. One bad review will not kill you if you are a quality service.

                                                                                  Re-design your site, make it responsive. Add HD pictures. Update whatever you can. Then contact the reviewer or review site (politely) and ask them to re-review your site. Tell them you read the original review, took their advice, and now would like them to see it again.

                                                                                  Then move on with growing your business.

                                                                                      Right, the first thing I noticed about Phone Sex Kingdom was that this site has a really nice layout. The photos of the ladies are arranged really nicely, and all of the photos are headshots so you can really see the face of the lady that you fancy speaking to you. You can then click on their profile and see naked photos of them, and loads of info about what their kinks are and what kinks you should have if you plan on calling them. One lady that I viewed the profile of loved sissy sluts and being a dominating MILF, she sounds nice! However, something bothered me about this phone sex site from the moment I got on it, and I am sure the same shit is bothering you too, can this porn site be trusted? Can Phone Sex Kingdom really offer the ladies that you see for a chat? Well, let’s find out.

                                                                                      Right, full disclosure, I didn’t phone any of the ladies on Phone Sex Kingdom to make this assessment of this site, I didn’t see the need. However, I could be talking out of my ass, wouldn’t be the first time, but I have concluded that this phone sex site is a lot of shit and doesn’t offer what they claim. My suspensions were raised when I saw the familiar face of a pornstar that I recognized. This lady is called Frankie on the phone sex site, but she is actually Erica Lauren. Is Erica really on this phone sex site under a different name? I highly doubt it!

                                                                                                          And what if my review of the outside says....there is definitely poison inside. The food they use is not really cow meat, it's horses and dogs. When might that become slander?

                                                                                                                  I'm not a lawyer - nor, I think, is anybody else who answered so far. Maybe, there's some jurisdiction somewhere in the democratic world which would give you a shot. But I doubt it.

                                                                                                                  Not only is the review an opinion piece by definition, the author explicitly admits that he hasn't paid to join your site. So he's flagging everything he says as opinion himself. Maybe it's a crappy opinion - maybe, it's not. But doubt you can make him do anything to change it.

                                                                                                                  If he said "this looks like a card-banging scam site" = opinion. If he said, "stay away - this site is run by card-banging scammers" = time to talk to a lawyer.

                                                                                                                  At the end of the day, it's just a link. The best way to get rid of bad rep in search engines is to drown it in good rep. If you think you're running a good service, and this site's review is unfair, hit up some of the biggest name review sites out there, give the reviewer some free credits and if your site deserves good rep, you'll soon have it. And the bad review will be snuffed out fast.

                                                                                                                      I understand the points you are making but yes a person could do a review of a resturaunt they never ate in. They could LIE and say they DID eat there OR they could say they didn't. Neither eliminates their right to say whatever they want.

                                                                                                                      Now "slander" is a legal definition and if it really bothers you you could always contact a lawyer. But we all know it wouldn't be worth the time, money or effort.

                                                                                                                      TIP: Copy the part where he says he didn't call any of the girls and highlight that on your site, or a section of your site for reviews. People will understand the point you are making about not using the service so he couldn't fairly judge, etc.

                                                                                                                      But really, I gave you the moves to make (contacting them). If you don't want to, no problem. But realize you are just blowing off steam then.

                                                                                                                      PS: I have gotten tons and tons of shitty reviews about my older designs, amateurs, network, every damn thing. Still here, cha-ching! Let it go.

                                                                                                                                                                                              Best you can do is try and control your brand rankings with multiple sites and make sure you outrank him for your brand as well as "is a scam", "is legit", etc...
