I am all about business but business in the right way... meaning, I just love some of my members and in the amateur market your members being into you is what it's all about... that's why we get such high retention.

I just started a message board on my site, for member feedback and to build a community. Member feedback is so valuable, it's helped me figure out what type of movie format and file size they're looking for and what type of content they'd like to see. If you can engage your members in some way, it will help you give them what they want... and in turn make you more money.

Very few webmasters take the time to get feedback from their visitors or members.

One of the reasons being its extremely time consuming. But it can be very useful if you have the time.

yea thats cool, when i first started out i put our office number in the whois info, and this one older member usta call me nightly just to talk about the site.. and to remind me to update, althought it was annoying, that guy stuck around for like 2 years.
