    What happened to Jakub at Segpay?

    He used to be lighting fast answering emails but now I can't get hold of him or accounting person. Any idea what is going on with Segpay?

      Same problem here. Trying to get in touch with their compliance for a week. My ticket has been assigned to somebody (can't remember the name). Then nothing. I contacted Kristi/Gucci asking for some news and she told me that there was a reply to the ticket that I never got. Replied to the ticket and then nothing again. It's 4 days that I'm trying to contact Kristi/Gucci without any luck.

      So my question is the same .... what's going on there?
