i stand corrected! even though i made it clear that i wasnt sure in the first place. oxeo.com is not a reseller for isprime, they share a datacenter, but they own all of thier own equipment and upstream connections.
i do apologize to them for my misrepresentation of the facts. |

Depends on the quality you want. If you ant to settle for cogent or some other low qaulity crap, I'm sure you can get it dirt cheap.
