I have bee seeing where Neat video Denoiser works better than the one I own RG Bullet Denosier III. Does anyone here use Neat Video plug in?

NeatVideo is much much better than the RedGiant denoiser.

Another option, the Denoiser in the Studio version of Davinci Resolve. I find it to be on par with NeatVideo, with regards to what we do with it.

Yeah, Resolve denoiser I find is better than the other two mentioned and renders faster.
Nothing renders quick when using these plugin's , even using an RTX 2080ti but fuck, Neatvideo took an age.
