ive had my ordeals with customs.. the trick is to play things as gift upto i think 50 bux. i never tried porn..

Always file an appeal on any Canada Customs decision. You file it as a complete document, your complaint included. They have to show up at the appeal and the gov't has to pay lawyers and fees and all sorts of shit, not you. You don't even have to be there.

Appeal everything. They need to realize that people actually don't like it when Customs gets too draconian on us.
