anyone using a merchant account for paysite

Anyone here using a merchant account to process for a paysite or network of paysites?

Isn't it 1/3 the price? (if you figure most people pay ~15%)

Well, by the time you factor in the bank fees and our fees, it typically works out to about 1/2 of what you pay with an IPSP (based on a $25 average ticket).

We are at this very moment in the last stage of setting up a merchant account Via Netbilling and our bank in the US.

But this is for the content store not a paysite, the charge backs level on paysites worry me a bit.

i wouldnt even think about using my own merchant account for a paysite, for one i dont want them dipping in my bank account like its theirs for chargebacks, id rather let someone else deal with it
