I aim for 6 straight hours. Succeed most of the time. I try to sneak naps in here and there but I always wake up pissed off from them so it's probably better that I don't succeed in getting those in most of the time.

One great thing about being a webmaster is that our sleep schedules can be totally bizarre, but we can still crush our jobs. Which is pretty awesome.

Did you have any success with doctors monitoring your sleep?

Do they try to suggest things to help you sleep or just prescribe you drugs?

I've had insomnia and crazy sleeping habits since I was a little kid. Thank god for self employment because with my sleeping schedule I'd never be able to hold down a 9-5.

7h on average

There is one magical thing called caffeine which helps with such thing :)

I love also so I sleep at least 8-9 hours every night

Yes i was studying this on myself , but so far no evidence which could support these theory, tho during summer time my sleep is disrupted due heat so i end sleeping 6 hours by average , but with temperature drop i am on normal 8 hours time.

Turn your cellphone off (?) . . .

If I sleep less than 7 hours, I am zombie O_o. I have no idea how my friends and I in our teens managed to sleep for 3 hours and felt absolutely fine

Red bull. A lot's of it.

NakedWomenTime 09-29-2020 01:24 PM

7-8h. I am not good at going to bed on time, and find it hard to get out of bed to get up on time, both things I need to work on continually. I do find the subject of sleep fascinating though. Decision making can only be optimal if you are getting enough sleep (for you).

svet0slav_SR 09-29-2020 02:48 PM

No sleep mostly. 2 or 4 hours every now and then. Sometimes power naps of about 18 min with coffee beforehand. Caffeine takes about 30 min to kick in...And you wake up speedy. No more than 1-2 coffee cups per day, if any. I like Jack Danie's. Better than coffee, don't you think? It helps. Lots of water... Lots of water.. Every now and then I sleep about 8 hours for no particular reason. Honestly, I don't feel good when sleeping too much...

I keep my do not disturb enabled every night automatically from 11P - 11A. Loved when I learned that trick!

Not sure what it is, a lot of trouble the past 8 months.

Maybe the anxeity from Covid-19, etc? They say self medicating is up big time, as in increased drug and alcohol use. Eating, anxeity, frustration, overall coronavirus fatigue...yeah, fun times.

They have done recent studies on people who are having sleep issues and most of it is related to the pandemic. Imagine how much harder it is on those of us who don't have farm animals to comfort us! Hang in there!! :winkwink:

Ahh the animals really have kept me sane throughout this process. I'm up to 8 equines, 4 bovines, 11 caprine and fuck knows how many chickens.

I work for my animals and I'll take them over people any day. :)

I was in your area. Are you around Lodi? I purchased some skunks last month up that way.
