You know or own some? Tubegalore for example is charging 1$ for 1000 hits. Maybe there some smaller networks out there for free?

doesn't exist, aggregators get paid to send traffic to tubes, there's no free traffic available
$1 for 1000 hits is a great rate for AWM traffic, anyone could make a profit at that price if they had the budget to get their tube off the ground. -

There's no such a thing.
AWM is selling, they are the biggest one we met so far, they have TubeGalore as well.
Already tested PornCom, and FPCtraffic so far.

Well, technically , there are aggregators which send free traffic , but those are quite specific situations -
First, Those are embed aggregator sites, and there you wont actually see traffic but only have your videos loaded.
And second are sites which doing it in order to leech SE keywords, there is tons of xvideos aggregator sites even tho xvideos does not pay for traffic.
So unless you have tube big as xvideos you cant expect such thing.Comment

go look around on ixxx.com or tubegalore.com and check out the sites buying their traffic and see what are they doing. its almost entirely KVS tubes with high-quality thumbnails and clean/modern/professional designs, stuffed with CPM ads from the usual ad networks (exo). they show enough ads and generate enough clicks to make a profit.
not exactly hard to figure out...but expensive to break into.Comment
