Thank you very much for smart notice, most positive feedback are sent by Paxum to thier user to write a positive reviews after they ben hit by ton of negative which they deserve due thier service and behaviour they decided to invite them customes and force them write up a positive feedback to keep up using paxum while reality show that paxum is having load of trouble with so many poeple all over world and most acusse them by scam in elegant and legal ways which means you get your money and locked up account and started asking docas and wired requests that s usualy what happene since noone reply expect robotic replies or no reply at all.

if they want to stay in business they must be fair and legal

Ok, being serious for a minute here.

Does anybody actually use Trustpilot to check a company reputation?

Sites like these, that can be very obviously manipulated by the company, are pretty much worthless in my opinion.

The company can buy add on services, they can flag off reviews that they don't like, they can invite preferred reviewers (both manually and automated). They can pretty much control what their review profile looks like.

Here is a conglomerate of some of the pages under the details section.

In there we can see that over half their reviews are from people they invited to review the site.

Of the invited reviewers, 92% gave them an excellent review, 7% gave them a good review and less than 1% gave average and less than 1% Bad.

Of Organic reviews, 18% are Excellent and 61% are Bad.

Paxum also flagged 32 reviews, 4 that were average and 28 that were bad. When they flagged them, the reviews were pulled and they were not put back up unless a review by trust pilot found them to actually be worthy or the reviewer came back and changed something to make them more palatable.

When the reviews can be so obviously manipulated they are worthless and not worth mounting counter measures against. They are just to be ignored in my honest opinion.

Never had issues with Paxum. Even verifying documents, always done within a few hours. Wires are quite fast too. So I never really understand all the "hate" they are getting.

Plus, Paxum rates are way better compared to what Paypal charges.

No credit card solution for my country on sight for years now. They got picky about exchanges with other accounts, and I won't be leaving the funds to be chewed up by dormant fees.

True, skrill have so many negative reviews it made me nervousness when i read them, but it is only e-wallet system with zero problems in my experience. In most cases people experience unique problem which most of other people does not .

Reviwes helps avoid being scammmed, dormant fees taken from my account does not have any valid reason, i had same iusse with entropay while entropay refunded 270usd without singal world and apologized and transfered whole amount since they shut down but paxum replied with extremely rude short message GO CHECK TOS, NOONE READ TOS BUT I was having money and money was coming and and i was pissed off by paxum since they went down and have problems with wire and cards so i decided to stop using them, PAXUM HAS TON OF NEGATIVE stories and reviews but they can t handle this business properly.

Reviews widder your eyes and wake up if your going to get fucked freely.
i trust reviews as there couple of famous and reliable sites
check them out and see nature of iusses and if merchent / service helps to slove or just backoff like paxum does often.

Wires are quite fast too. So I never really understand all the "hate" they are getting. Plus, Paxum rates are way better compared to what Paypal charges.
