Actually it is. It does contain cocaine. The white powder is a concentrated extract from coca leaves. It's like a tea, which is just a plant, but if you put a half of a pack into a cup, you'll get a strong concentrated drug chifir. It can get you high or even kill you.

As long as millions take illegal drugs the trade in them will continue. All that's achieved by locking someone up is opening a space for another dealer. It's a merry go round that has zero success at stemming illegal drugs.

Imagine a country where all illegal drugs are sold by corprations. No violence in selling them, reduced violence in producing them and better quality control.

Who runs Vegas better and safer, the mafia or the large corporations?

I no longer take illegal drugs, I get enough meds already LOL, because of the death count it leads to. Anyone who does should be made aware of the crime they create.
