    Business Spam Me With Monthly Hosting Deals

    I’m looking for a web host with monthly billing for a tiny website. A free domain would be nice too! Payment via PayPal preferably. Control panel must be simple to use without a huge learning curve. I’m using cPanel for one site and that’s simple.

    The website will get no traffic for months and then it will be limited. Nothing adult-oriented but mainstream only.

    An email address would be helpful but not a deal breaker. Minimal email if any.
