No, i can't be sure because I don't live in states, but I have an idea of the cost of living in major cities. I'm sure at this salary range and with the unemployment you already mentioned they would be people that will apply for it, but this doesn't mean it's a decent salary.

There are so many technical people who lost their jobs and are working at starbucks or driving taxi's now they'd jump at this.

He could post that job on Craigslist and be flooded with resumes.

I can?t believe what I am reading in some of these posts.

Roger is giving an opportunity for someone to make some serious money.

Some of you are just looking at the surface and come to the conclusion that the salary isn?t enough...well do you think that you would only be paid salary and that?s it...?


If you brought in money??.there is no doubt in my mind that a % would be given.


Whoever takes this job will be able to do business on a much larger scale because of who is backing you.


Ill bet that over 80% of you bashing it don?t make 50% of that salary...

Rogers, i see your points. I'm sure you'll find the optimal person for it.

I personally think it's a great opportunity. Look at the people Lens hired who got the experience and then went on to start their own programs.

I'd apply for that job myself to get the paysite experience but I already make more than that doing less.

Well, if there are bonus incentives and recurring commissions that go along with this job, and if $40k is only a starting base-salary, then it's a good opportunity for someone with talent that wants to break into the business or add to their existing income. I personally know a few admins of programs who are earning a nice income when their bonuses are factored in. Very nice income actually.

It's the "$40k/year for 10-12 hr days 6 days a week" that is throwing off most people here. For the skill-levels asked for, that is pretty low. For a good candidate there would likely be added incentives/rewards, I'm sure.


I'll have to check around with the admins I know and find out what sort of extra incentives/rewards/bonuses they are being paid. You know, for research purposes :Graucho

if somebody isn't making $15k a year,I dont think you want to hire them and since 80% of us don't make $15k because we suck at our job,why announce it here? OOOO I'm one up! :1orglaugh

There are alot of people in this biz that work hard and can't make money.

everything you do in life is a risk and what you make of it. And I posted this to see who would step up.
the ones complaining about the salary either are doing well on there own or they are not what EC is looking for.

I can't believe the response this thread got.

EC talked to alot of the big sponsors to see what they pay and trust me its in the ball park.

so don't be fooled

I think it is a great opportunity for y newcomer to get a good start such jobs can work out to much bigger things. All depends what one makes out of it.

its not that i did well, this is just part time for me until i move on to bigger and better things...

I make over $8000 in sales every month and I am interested in getting more details about the offer. If the right bonuses are paid on performance. Hell I might even do it on a straight commission :-)
