I'm guessing it's legit judging from the fact that the western media is slamming it as bullshit immediately after it was announced, without any actual proof but the second Moderna or someone has a candidate it's all over the news and their stocks skyrocket.
There's no money for pharma (and it's investors) in Russia having a vaccine first, therefor the Russian one mustbe untested garbage that will kill everyone that takes it. Much like hydroxychloroquine and zinc, it can't possibly work (despite doctors going on tv on capital hill saying it does), because there is 10s of billions at stake in creating a vaccine.
Why do you think that? Does USA and UK have scientists but Russia doesn't or...? What exactly makes Russia capable only of stealing someone else's but not developing their own? There is 150 million people living there. They have laboratories. You need to test on lots of different types of people, different blood groups, people with existing conditions etc. Then you have to study the test groups over time to ensure you are not giving them all manner of long term problems. You need to study what happens to pregnant women, what happens to asthmatics or diabetics etc etc etc.
