You cannot sue a company that is in administration, I'm afraid. They are protected from any enforcement and as long as the receiver has your claim, you will not get anymore than the percentage due when all the company's affairs have been wound up.

I dont want to sue a bankrupt company as this is useless, I want to go straight for the private persons (managers) who still collected money for several month while knowing they are bankrupt.Comment

I think your best chance of holding these guys to account is to make a complaint to the Swedish Economic Crimes Authority – Ekobrottsmyndigheten. You need to make a complaint with what is criminal, rather than merely the civil wrong of having failed to pay a debt.
