X-Profits.com Please explain why you not pay.

Hello

We have a 6 week ongoing communication with X-Profits.com
I get answers that tell me they are not in the mood to pay.
Sales from off 2017 till 2019. A little circle on Skype tells me I am not the only one.

Here is the skype conversation, and judge for yourself if we are being jerked around, or they are really trying to come up with this money in the last 6 weeks but not managed to get the amount together.

Useless to add, this is how affiliates have to fight and beg for the monies they earned, its humiliating. And when I was affiliate manager I did not EVEN SLEEP when we had issues, and most were solved in 24 hours. I have always went above and beyond for all my affiliates, it sadens me to read that other people laugh about this and simple not care.

X-Profits, you are not entitled to take profit of me!

It's a scam affiliate program that doesn't pay affiliates.

Also it has nothing to do with not reaching the minimum, they owe thousands to some.

In fact, the reason they set that high minimum was probably to make smaller affiliates believe that once they get to that magic number, they will be paid.
So affiliates keep sending them traffic until they reach $1000, but the program never actually pays them.

(With a $100 minimum, they would stop sending traffic after not receiving the first $200 or so.)

You have several opportunities to squeeze the money owed you. If it's significant enough to invest the time and energy then:

- send them a carefully written warning message (not threat) of your intentions to publish your grievances online in a broader way than you are doing here on GFY, and your willingness to file police reports in their local jurisdictions, should they not pay XXXX in full which is already owed and last due for X years, by X date.

- file police reports in against each known individual of the company both in Cyprus and in their countries of residence alleging deception, theft, etc.

- build simple SEO landing pages around keywords related to their affiliate program and related websites, to warn both consumers and fellow affiliates of this company's actions.

I was asked to provide a paypal account, and I did.
They paid.

How did this happen?

A skype user was friendly enough to give me some links that helped me. I talked to Kristofer, and I smelled a little the air that he was not aware of this. But maybe this is how they remain clean of negative thoughts.

His facebook ID you can request on Skype: fruitboertje
and you can tell Kristofer you are part of the webmasters owed money.
He will do his best to get you paid.

A few tips, remain diplomatic in your chat, so they at least have no reason to ban you for talking out of line. And remain persistent.

Also point him out to this thread and the others up with their name. If you need help, contact me on skype for whatever reason, I'll be here.

Anyway, summing up, from all skype messages received, they are in for nearly $100K in unpaid webmasters. From two different programs.

They did ask me to remove some messages in this thread cause they were personal they said. Like stealing from people is not personal, no no, that's business.

So, Art, the assumable owner of X-Profits, and Kris, his investor, should read this and feel offended? I dont care.

Yes, I do.

I hold women in high regard, especially cause I have the honor to work with them in the office and studios, so, my patience is higher, and my understanding for them is more deep leveled.

This is why I can not speak with women who are part of a scam, they have not deserved respect and I know I would open the box of pandora and unleash a shit load of bad words on them, and I did not want to go that low.

It's in no way a message from my side I do not respect women. I do not have the patience for women that is part of a group of people that actively scam people, I want to really do something bad to them. I should stop now before I go out of line.

A webmaster was offered a payback plan, but with the condition to keep sending traffic. A sort of Pay Back In Phases.
I am not posting this conversation here, cause with this person I do see the talks as personal, but it seems that Art is trying, creatively, to solve it when pressure is kept on his skype account.

In a way, i hope Art is not going to fuck up that payment plan, and I hope others will try to approach Art too and speak with him about getting paid.

However, I do think Art is still juggling with balls in the air, adding more balls to it

Art will not put a payment plan in place.

He will offer to make your paper payout 100% until you get paid. But will never pay you. There will always be an excuse.

They will never pay you.

We have the ability to send them enough traffic that with discounts our cut would be $1200 a month. Don't you think they would begin to pay us to capture that traffic? Nope!

Instead they would rather chew on the rebills from past sales and send us nothing.

Really strange trade off if you ask me!

"Since I see you have increased your traffic towards our paysite, I would like to offer you a new scheme that will help us to minimize our debt to you and motivate you sending us more traffic.

So far, the idea is simple - while you continue sending traffic and receive 50% revshare split - we pay you the same amount from the hanging payments.

As an example, if you have earned $500 in April, we pay you $500 for April and $500 for some older period.
The payments for April will be sent to you till the end of this month and further payments are planned on monthly basis.

Let me know if you agree for this way of minimizing the debt."

I said "OK"

June 2nd - I have received payment in my bank account (period of April)

but ..
no payment since then, no answer

They owe me $11k
