Irregardless of if she was given the porn, bought it for resale at talent rates, or bought it at full retail, then if its physical, its hers. Unless she broke into a bricks and mortar store and stole it then wheres the illegality of it?

Of course, if its a SSD with all her stuff downloaded on it, then that would be illegal, but I doubt that's the case?

Best idea to work from, I'm going to take it down to San Diego, I'll talk the the USO there and if they won't take it, I'll try to get it directly to a ship.
Not sure how much there is, it's just a personal collection. Helping out a friend, I do that anytime I can.

It wouldent. Its more if she hands him 3 Disks with content that some producer or agent owns, then he cant publish, use or resell the content
