Still looks like a cockroach to me. Everyone seems to think all cockroaches look like the ones in the movies, but those are actually a specific breed of cockroach called the Madagascar Hissing Cockroach. They use them because of their size and because they aren't germ-carrying roaches, and they're relatively docile and can be handled. There are HUNDREDS of types of cockroaches.

Check this site, all kinds of good stuff on it.

It IS a lousy photo but it looks like a beetle esp. since it got that hard looking shell & pincers in the front. I live in FL, we have all kinds of bugs here, it always amazes me when people in other states don't know anything about bugs, you can't avoid them down here. Here's a pic of a beetle. Does this look like your bug?

well, here's an easy answer. Beetles usually move slow as shit, roaches move fast as fuck, so which is it?

Those fuckers will crawl into your ear at night and lay their eggs.

You better move your bed into the center of the room and put a circle of table salt around it to keep them out.

Also, check your sheets before you climb in, they could already have a nest in there.

I think its like a queen ant, sort of thing. - Some queen ants have wings, but not ALL of them.

haha, WTF? Beetles don't lay eggs in your ear! I think you're thinking of ear mites, dude, and they only go after cats & dogs not humans. Most beetles are pretty big, you'd feel that fucker if it got anywhere near your ear. Like I said, they're slow moving & harmless & they don't carry tons of diseases like roaches but bugbomb your house if you want to get rid of 'em.
