Business looking for Email marketing platform

Hi There,
i got around 1.5 million emails addresses which i collected from my organic cam/dating sites
i'm looking for some malling tool to send some offers to this list- thx for your help

Do yourself a favor and search here. And stay the fuck away from Ynot, it's over priced and underperforming.

If you use Sendy + Amazon SES you will save THOUSANDS compared too all these other solutions and it performs as well and often much much better.

The owner of the script also can set it all up for peanuts. Thank me later.

SES will eventually kick you off their platform for having adult content. Even dating.

If you do things properly with YNOT Mail and you work with us to try to get a good open rate, we can do great. We had a customer that had been with us for a long time and was having poor open rates. We worked with them and two months later they were getting a 46% open rate. (They post here on GFY and hopefully they will post here in this thread.)

If you want to one of tens of thousand of customers at a large company and risk being thrown off their platform because you sent out a photo of a pretty woman, go with SES. If you want someone who you can meet in person at a show and someone where you call them they know who you are and understand your business AND want to help... Contact me.

Stop. Just stop man. What you are pedelling is not true and I have even spoken with Amazon about this in the past.

There is one service with Amazon that you cannot use for adult and another you have to flag as such or some shit. I can't remember, go read their terms. But SES, EC2 or the services you need to run this is not.

I have been using it for years now. Never had a problem.

You need to be compliant and keep bounce and complaint levels low of course.

But hey, I get that you need to sell your product

i use https://www.sendinblue.com/ on all projects. 100% delivery. just write a loop and send them out.

you might get a reputation hit if your list is total garbage tho..

Amazon doesnt have a problem with adult. They do have a problem with their reports on bounce/complaint rates however. You could have a bounce rate of 0.01%, however, if it happens on the last day of your sends, and you don't send in meantime, as the time moves, that bounce rate will get bigger and bigger, as it's constantly counting in that last day's bounce rate vs send number. So you sent 100k, had 100 bounce on last day, that's 0.1% bounce rate. However, good days will go by, and on the 14 day period if you sent nothing in 13 days, and have that one day with 100 bounces, you'll get flagged for bounces because now it's calculating again 100 bounces vs all sends, which is 13 days of 0 and 1 day of whatever + 100 bounces. Then you get put through ringer of automated support questions that lead nowhere.

I've pointed this out to him on several occasions. He just ignores it and spouts the same nonsense in every email marketing thread. I don't mind people hustling, but don't fucking blatantly lie.

I use Sparkpost (migrated from Mandrill).

I've never had an issue with them and I actually emailed them and told them I did adult mailing. They seemed happy to have me and I haven't had an issue. They've even emailed and given me advice on bounces and made a few suggestions for reducing the number of people who mark emails as spam (even though they've subscribed).

i had a chat with them and they seemed fine with it. i had to get a paid account tho for the thruput and an IP. i don't think they allow adult images in the emails. sparkpost doesn't either tho.

that's great. do you send adult images in your emails?

all these mainstream companies are a random decision away from kicking porn off their system. its always good to have alternatives.

ynotmail is the only mail router or newsletter system i've used that allows you to email adult images and content. they dont have a great interface - at all lol - but if they get high delivery, that's a safe bet.

otherwise, at some point, you are rebuilding your mailer.

Thanks for you answer. I understand no naked picture in the e mail ( or any other explicitness) but what I had in mind was that the site is adult...

I used ynot for a bit many moons ago. At the time, they used off-the-shelf software (interspire email marketer) and smtp.com as the relay. They probably still use this setup. It's a setup that everyone and their dog can put together so there was nothing special about using their solution. And their markup on smtp.com's prices was pretty high at the time and I'm not sure it'll be any better now.

why mess around with a third party mailer, just spend about 200$ on a dedicated server outside of the US, mailing software is pretty cheap. we have been doing this since 1997 on our own. its not hard. If you dont know how to setup a unix server then get someone like serverbuddies.com to do it...dont rely on someone one else if you dont have to.
