I'm well aware that DMCA/EUCD is American/European law but that really means fuckall anyways because these guys could probably just ignore your request and tell you to kick sand. And you really don't know what you're talking about if you think cloudflare is going to remove anything.

And again, if I want my videos down, I'm NOT going to fire off an email bleating, "take my videos down!" That doesn't seem too intuitive and obviously doesn't work because his shit is still up there. But then again, I utilize the tubes to my advantage and I'm more than halfway to a 6 figure earnings per month.

I hate to say this, but it is what it is. There's are bad tubes and good tubes (your words), and like you, I go where the eyeballs are. I give away specific videos and other I do not. I DMCA tubes that put up videos I do not release. I DMCA siterips from google/bing(yahoo, duckduckgo, msm, aol). That's the game if you're in the paysite biz.

I don't steal content, I produce it, and I work with the tubes..I'm just like you. I just happen to work with a lot more.

Would even let them keep a couple of my videos as general promo and teaser, but they publish over half of my database.

Ispiria seems to act silently, as pornditt isnt with them anymore.

Indeed pornditt is a very serious case, the hardest nut for me so far.

The ones like porntrex who at least take DMCAs serious can keep a couple of promo videos as teasers for visitors. imho most serious are those siterips like pornditt provides it.

Maybe namecheap changes its mind once Visa/MC compliance department is involved?

In less then 30 days they have "killed" almost 300 pirated movies from many sites. Very efficient and easy to work with. I have noticed my business went up since the movies are now hard to find. Will update in another 30 days.

History: 23.05.2020 Hosting Provider: CLOUD-NETWORK-NL Abuse Contact: [email protected] 27.08.2020 Hosting Provider: Serverius-as Abuse Contact: [email protected] 18.05.2021 Hosting Provider: SCALAXY-AS, NL Abuse Contact: [email protected] How can this be explained? It looks like hosters react to DMCA and quit their service for pornditt, but they simply do hoster hopping and migrate to the next one. Any other explainations? Possible solutions 1. Keeping them on the hopping with DMCA 2. Pushing the registrar hard with Visa/MC compliance Any other ideas?

Pornditt is such a hassle I want to completely destroy them. Would even let them keep a couple of my videos as general promo and teaser, but they publish over half of my database. Ispiria seems to act silently, as pornditt isnt with them anymore.

The ones like porntrex who at least take DMCAs serious can keep a couple of promo videos as teasers for visitors. imho most serious are those siterips like pornditt provides it. Maybe namecheap changes its mind once Visa/MC compliance department is involved? Anyway just emailed exo, let's see what happens.

xxxclusive Confirmed User Industry Role: Join Date: Oct 2012 Posts: 497	fullporner uses cloudflare, so issuing DMCA to cloudflare works and they take down the current videos, anyway they keep uploading new ones https://abuse.cloudflare.com/dmca Cloudflare should terminate service with such illegal websites, maybe it would be possible to pressure them with VISA/MC
