btw ebay has an adult only section...how come nobody bitches about that?

i hate ebay and i will gladly bitch about them, though i think it might be off topic LOL. i am actually looking for an attorney with enough balls to start a lawsuit against them but i can't find one. i have talked to only one so far but he doesn't seem like he has his shit together.

i have reported close to 400 illegal sales of my personal amateur videos over the last three years. that in itself is not ebay's fault to a point, but several people that i turned in to them for illegally selling my video's were allowed to continue selling other stuff they did not own after i had their auctions shut down and was told by ebay that they would no longer be allowed to post auctions.

some of these people even posted right on the auction page that they legally owned the video.

anyhoo, ebay doesnt return my phone calls or emails about it, they are still allowing these people to sell items they dont own after i personally turned them in.........anyone know a good attorney willing to take them on with me?

go after the sellers...

if ebay wont give you their information. just get their address by pretending to buy the idea. you can track a p.o. box. thats not a problem at all

Amber, if they're not responding to your e-mails, then you could probably sue that for that alone. They're sure as hell receiving them. I saw a report on tech tv last night how they went all gung hoe over some death threat over e-mails.

Anyways, you can get peoples phones numbers through ebay, but they might not be real phone numbers though. Just go through the help section, and find out how to get info on others.

I use ebay a lot, but I forget how to do it.

oh believe me, i have taken care of each and every seller personally, but my point is ebay allows these assholes to turn right around and put up more auctions.

if i told you someone was illegally selling something that belonged to me on your site wouldnt you take it down and ban that person from your site?

and it's not like they just let one guy sell more stuff after i busted them, they have let 3 people continue to hold auctions after i turned them in for CI. 3 people that were allowed to sell more videos that they did not own.

i want ebay to stop this crap, and if i have to start a class action lawsuit i will. that is if i can find legal council with enough testicles to represent me.

All they ever saif in the news (that I heard or read) was to do with the auctions and the classifieds.

But the have de-linked (but not deleted, but they may as well have) all the 70,000+ adult clubs as well. It's chaos over there right now with quite a number of unhappy and dissatisfied people.
