Looking for a Service to Pay Affiliates

Hello,

I'm looking for a company who can take care of our affiliates's payments via Paxum and wire and, must be familiar using tmm-nats to get the payout's information. Any idea?

NATS needs to develop a tool where you can simply print the checks, send the payouts, etc. Do it through scheduling so when a minimum is hit it's automatic.

Or do they already have that feature? Seems silly to pay someone to just cut checks for you.

That will be certainly a great feature. They don't have it yet.

Really? I will of course take your word for it. But let's say you acquire a Chase Business Account here in the US. Is that possible? If so why couldn't you write checks from that account? Transfer enough funds to the US account to pay your US affiliates or make it a Paxum-only option. There's always (usually) a solution.

I'll tell you, having an auto-payout feature would eliminate 99% of complaints against Affiliate Programs. You know, like CCBill has had for years.

A foreign company without presence in the USA would not be be able to open an US bank account. You'd need to start a US based entity. To transmit payments through that company you would need regulatory approval. Otherwise you'd be shut down like Webmasterchecks and others.

Yes, you would have to fly to america, form a new american company, and open an account in person (foreigners can't do it online). Now you've got the yearly obligations of maintaining that company and filing taxes.

Personally I'd have to be doing a fuck ton of volume through check-based affiliates to want to bother with such a step.

Also my local BofA manager told me last year they are no longer opening business accounts for people without an SSN, which is new.

Our default payout dump format is the quickbooks format. The payout dump is created each period for affiliates who hit their minimum payout and have the corresponding payment method selected. You download the text file, import it into quickbooks, put checks in the printer, hit print, put them in windowed envelopes and mail them. We've had that functionality for almost 20 years now.

If what you mean is a single button you simply press and checks are sent by a 3rd party, that is something we'd love to have, but don't due to the lack of companies offering the service. The complexity of US money transfer law is the roadblock here.

Hello John, would you mind to recommend any 3rd party company that I can send our payout dump and they take care of pay our affiliates? The only company I found so far it's Paxum. Thank you

The ones that are currently operational are Payoneer and Paxum from my understanding. I have been exploring adding others, like ePayments, for example, and they went belly up... and others out there won't work with the industry. Seems to be the trend
