I am on the fireworks committe for the town. We raise $50k each year and put on a all day party and $20k worth of professional fireworks. About 10k people show up each year. This year we have been unable to do any fundraising due to the virus, and the city has yet to give us an answer on if we can do anything.Herschel Savage

June 22nd is our new opening date here in Jersey-- It was supposed to be June 15th but now it's the 22nd.
Maybe next year for the festivals but not this year ...

So far our town has cancelled the annual Floatfest in the canal, and the nightly Illuminaqua concert series on the floating stage. I think they've also canceled Canal Days and Food Festival.Comment
