Nah, I dont do that. Its just for me really. Perhaps if I chose to drive a really difficult car or something, then it might be something Id look into, but atm no. I wont be at masters for long anyway, because I can stay there if Im lucky, but most chances are that Im gonna fail at every event now, simply because the times I need to beat to stay in masters, are unrealistic.

As such, I expect to be downgraded to elite again, and then when I do an event in elite, I'll possibly get back into masters again.

Its all to do with how the ai is worked out. Based on the car you chose to drive the computer works out the absolute fasted speed it could possibly be driven at, with zero mistakes or hesitation, or even 'kissing' the side of the bank even once. Then, from that 'impossible' time, it simply deducts say 10 seconds if you are at 'Masters', or 20 seconds for 'Elite', or 30 seconds for 'Professional' etc etc, and thats the time you need to beat. Of course it 'works' these times into the events themselves, so as it doesnt appear quite so clynical, but thats basically the essense of how it works out.

So, in otherwords, I'm chuffed to fuck that I got into Masters, but cant realistically expect to stay there as the game makes it virtually impossible. I mean, you cant have a near perfect run, EVERY TIME, and even the slightest mistake means you cant reamin in masters. So its the getting there that is the big deal, not staying there
