    Anyone received the new Paxum card?

    Hi everyone,

    Has anyone actually received their new union paxum card in the post? It's supposed to be sent in March, and I still didn't receive it (Europe).

    And the shady part is that they don't have a paid tracked shipping like before. Only free non-trackable shipment is available.

    Any one in the same boat as me?

      The experiences are so disparate that receiving the card seems like a matter of pure chance.

          In Canada here got my card few month ago and i withdraw ATM cash Anytime

          Covid-19 = Late mail possibility ?

          I dont know where you are but if i recal correctly card arrived from Australia.

                  If your card shows Shipped in March then I definitely recommend you open a Support Ticket inside your Paxum account and explain that you haven't received your card. Our customer service team can look into it for you.
