Read my posts, you will see that I have no clue WHAT I am doing!

i started out in the beginning of 97 trying my hand at designing websites out of boredom, hoping to make a few bucks in the process but music sites weren't making me anything. so one day i got this newsletter from the free host i was using at the time, saying how hes making so much money off submitting sites to AVS, well i was unemployed at the time and figured id give it a shot, since that host also offered free adult hosting with only a small banner at the bottom, i used that. i decided to go with celebs since i had bought a cd full of like 1000 pics. i set the shit up, got some hits from various link lists and top lists, advertising hollywoodwhores, started making a little bit of coin, i was happy, after all i planned to do was making enough money to pay my car insurance. then i started making link exchanges with good sites and more hits starting coming in and more money and before i knew it i was making quite the nice chunck of change. there have been hard times since, i've gotten ripped for 5 grand on hosting, about 8 grand in total from lame ass sponsors. and i don't make the money now like i did then, i miss the days of coverting a solid 1:50 but im still keeping on, making a living off this shit and always looking to make more but not being greedy, not lying or ripping off others, treating other webmasters with respect when the same is applied to me. before this job i was just working shitty hard labor jobs for 8 bucks an hour, i knew there had to be a better way, and i guess for now, i've found it.

I started out on a whim. I had the opportunity to become a spammer and being young and completely unethical I took the opportunity. I made a great deal of money until the spammer burned out.

One of the domains i used to spam was still getting a decent amount of hits from somewhere, maybe unspent mails, so I slapped up a fake TGP site. It was selling next to nothing, like 5$ a day, but it was still money. That was last August.

I countinued by making a couple more TGP sites and still dont make much. You think your extremely intelligent. I can program anything, but I am still struggling. You have to make paddle through a a muddy river of mistakes before you can reach the clear water I guess. I really wanna reach the clear waters...

We started first for fun. Husband was working for a fortune 500 company as the network admin and life was fun, he worked all the time so we had a little site on a free host just for giggles and for a few of our swinger friends, nothing much, maybe 100 pictures. it chugged away and actually started to get some people joining at the rate of about 100 bucks a week, we used it as "fun money" and never thought anything about it. Then one day we get some emails from a producer out in Calf. to come out and shoot a couple of videos. Sounded fun so we did. Did about 3 shoots with them and where having a good time till he suddenly became a real dickhead so we stoped doing any work with the company and continued our life. Then without warning the Fourtune 500's companys stock fell and they walked into IT one friday and let the entire staff go. EVERYONE! including an entire floor of IBM's best people... needless to say it was a shock. A couple other major companys followed suit and next thing you know the area was awash in IT people... GOOD It people. There wasn't nearly enough work to go around. While out of work my husband started to play with our little site a little to see if he could squeeze a little more cash out of it. We bought our domain, found a shared host and he spent 2 weeks reading dreamweaver books and learning html. Neither of new anything about designing a website. but we ended up doing a couple shoots for another big site and the exposer started to send traffice to our little site. Over time the site has grown as we have slowly learned what we are doing and now it sits pretty well, and has become our fulltime job, travelling, doing shoots etc. We have been looking for people to bring in to work with content scripting etc, but have found that very hard due to where we live so we just keep chugging away. Oh the little first site is still out there and still brings in the same about of money every week, even though it has not been touched in almost 2 years... interesting

I, apparently continue to hop on my left foot,
exclusively, and not forward either, but just
hopping "in place"/stationary/no forward motion,
exclusively on my "left foot", or otherwise said,
not on my "right foot", in a manner of speaking,
and as an expression, etc., figuratively speaking,
and not literally, as would be understood, I would assume.

But then if I assume, doesn't that.....(make....etc..?)
