Length of time to receive (new) Paxum card?
From the time your card was printed, how many weeks did it take to reach your address?
Mine was requested at around the peak of COVID, unfortunately, so that probably slowed things down a bit. Specifically, it was requested in mid-April and printed/mailed on April 28. It's now been almost exactly 5 weeks from the time it was supposedly mailed. Is this normal? I'm in Canada. There's no tracking and that really doesn't help. How long did some of you have to wait, particularly people in Canada or the US? |
