well unless it's as a text layer in PS your screwed, so check that first if it's a text layer then select your text tool and highlight the text, or the way i like to do it click on the layer that holds that line of text and then goto your font list dropdown which should be at the top unless you have the font window open then you can change it there... hope this helps
