it could work for a little while if your site has good on-page SEO and good bounce rate/TOS/etc
you will get penalized or even completely de-indexed eventually |

Purchasing backlink will surely put negative impact..... those who sell backlink are all shit sites with almost no domain authority or PA and they are spam. Soon or later you will be penalised
