#1. boneless rib, when he puts it in microwave i have him spray bbq sauce to let it soak in, MMMMMMMMM .... nothing on it but provolone cheeze

#2. Turkey sammich. lettuce tomato, mayo, pickles, olives, salt&pepper

I usually get two 6" 'ers. One is almost always a tuna on wheat, then either a subway melt w/o bacon, ham and turkey, or roast chicken breast to top it off.

Insane amounts of sodium tho. The BMT has like 3900 mg in 1 footlong.

thats the same 2 subs i usually eat at subway. i usually get bacon, lettuce, green peppers, hot peppers and jalapeno's on it

I'm cheap - I only go on Tuesday's when they have the discounted ones. I have to settle for a ham to get the discount. I even get it on whole wheat just to cut down on the calories and simple carbs. Its just not that satisfying an experience unfortunately.

Hrm.. mmmmmm. Subway.

Back in my skinnier days I used to eat almost everday for lunch:

1 footlong meatball w/ lettuce, black olives, and salt & pepper.

And.

1 footlong spicy italion w/ everything but onions and banana peppers (definitely including jalapenos). Finished off with mayo and salt and pepper.

mmmm.

That or a baked chicken (boiled?) footlong w/ red sauce, lettuce, and black olives.

Now I'm a fatass so I just get 1 footlong of the above.. maybe once a month.
