There are many asseholes stealing and ignoring DMCA. Especially located in places like Russia, Moldova or the Balkans. One thing common they need US based main server ( like Cloudflare) and Google to survive. We are fighting these for years, but recently after ignored DMCA we did send the following to the host(s), registrar and Goggle ... within a few hours the content was removed.
