May 12 is indeed their cutoff for subscriptions and other adult items as such, June 12 is the last day for Ebay mature category deliverables.

Their last email said that anyone selling tangiable items using Paypal (adult) have until June 12th as well. Non-tangiable products are May 12th.

I still dont understand why they are doing this...its not like porn is illigal or anything, and there cant be charge backs....so wtf.....arent they like shooting themselfs in the foot considering there are lots of online pay services out there, and people in the adult industry could just switch.

I believe it's more about the ability to compete with other adult processors in the security and fraud control. Kimmy posted something about this in another paypal thread.

You are right. Our business is maybe " immoral" but not illegal... Meanwhile, Paypal has taken steps at least a month ago, while still processing illegal business till they got served by the United Stated District Court.
