Today, on the basis of a proposal from the Ministry of Health, the government decided on further exemptions from wearing masks and stipulated that the rules for wearing them in public would be relaxed from 25 May.

From 12 May, the obligation to wear a masks outside the residence no longer applies to participants in the admission procedure and members of examination boards in schools, as long as the spacing of at least 1.5 meters is maintained; for students, participants in the admission procedure, academic staff, members of examination commissions for state examinations and entrance examinations at universities, if the spacing is at least 1.5 meters and if there is a maximum of 15 people in the room and for patients and health professionals for the necessary time , if necessary for the provision of health care.

While maintaining a favorable epidemiological situation, the mandatory wearing of respiratory protective equipment when moving and staying away from home will be abolished from 25 May. The government thus decided with regard to the recommendations of the Working Group for the Release of Quarantine Measures at the Ministry of Health, which assessed the current development of the epidemic as favorable. However, the mandatory use of masks will continue to apply in all interiors of buildings, outside the home; in means of public transport, including taxi service; in all other places where there are at least 2 persons at a distance of more than 2 meters, unless they are exclusively members of the household. "The positive development of the epidemic continues. Even better than we expected. The epidemiological group of Associate Professor Hungarian therefore sat down over the weekend and recommended that the maks be loosened in public earlier. It must be emphasized that this will only happen if the situation does not worsen. We will also see how today's large wave of easing measures will affect the numbers of those infected, "said Health Minister Adam Vojtěch.

At today's meeting of the government, a crisis measure was also approved to address occupational health services. According to him, affidavits replacing the assessment of the medical fitness of a person applying for employment under the law on specific health services will be valid until the end of the emergency. If periodic medical examinations have not been performed during the state of emergency, the validity of medical certificates of fitness for work issued on the basis of initial medical examinations, periodic medical examinations or occupational medical emergency examinations, which expire at the time of the declared emergency, shall be extended until end of emergency.

Vláda dnes na základě návrhu Ministerstva zdravotnictví rozhodla o dalších výjimkách z nošení roušek a stanovila, že se od 25. května zmírní pravidla pro jejich nošení na veřejnosti.

Od 12. května se povinnost nosit roušku mimo bydliště nově nevztahuje na účastníky přijímacího řízení a členů zkušebních komisí ve školách, pokud je zachován rozestup nejméně 1,5 metru; na studenty, účastníky přijímacího řízení, akademické pracovníky, členy zkušebních komisí pro státní zkoušky a přijímací zkoušky na vysokých školách, pokud je zachován rozestup nejméně 1,5 metru a pokud je v místnosti maximálně 15 osob a na pacienty a zdravotnické pracovníky po dobu nezbytně nutnou, je-li to potřebné pro poskytování zdravotní péče.

Při zachování příznivé epidemiologické situace bude od 25. května zrušeno povinné nošení ochranných prostředků dýchacích cest při pohybu a pobytu mimo bydliště. Vláda tak rozhodla s ohledem na doporučení Pracovní skupiny pro uvolňování karanténních opatření při Ministerstvu zdravotnictví, která vyhodnotila současný vývoj epidemie jako příznivý. Nadále však bude platit povinné používání roušek ve všech vnitřních prostorech staveb, mimo bydliště; v prostředcích veřejné dopravy, včetně taxislužby; na všech ostatních místech, kde se nacházejí alespoň 2 osoby v bližší vzdálenosti než 2 metry, nejedná-li se výlučně o členy domácnosti. „Pokračuje pozitivní vývoj epidemie. Dokonce lepší, než jsme čekali. Epidemiologická skupina pana docenta Maďara proto o víkendu zasedla a doporučila roušky na veřejnosti rozvolnit dříve. Je nutné zdůraznit, že k tomuto dojde pouze za předpokladu, že se situace nezhorší. Uvidíme také, jak se na počtech nakažených projeví dnešní velká vlna uvolňování opatření,“ uvedl ministr zdravotnictví Adam Vojtěch.

Na dnešním jednání vlády bylo také schváleno krizové opatření k řešení pracovně lékařských služeb. Podle něj budou čestná prohlášení nahrazující posouzení zdravotní způsobilosti osoby ucházející se o zaměstnání podle zákona o specifických zdravotních službách platit do konce nouzového stavu. Jestliže nebyly po dobu trvání nouzového stavu provedeny pracovně lékařské periodické prohlídky, platnost lékařských posudků o zdravotní způsobilosti k práci vydaných na základě vstupních lékařských prohlídek, pracovně lékařských periodických prohlídek nebo pracovně lékařských mimořádných prohlídek, jejichž platnost končí v době vyhlášeného nouzového stavu, se prodlouží do konce nouzového stavu.
