    Starting tomorrow, mainly beauty salons, clothing stores etc. Oh and we can walk in parks and all that, which everyone ignored and still did anyway.

                                                        I live in Northern California, and no, the restrictions have not been lifted.

                                                        The only things open are stores that sell food and restaurants can do take out. We can exercise outside but gyms are closed, hair salons are closed, retail stores.... A lot of businesses are calling themselves "essential" when it's questionable... There is a framing store up the street from me and he makes furniture and he is still open, although quietly. A hair salon opened up and people rushed in; I can do without getting my hair cut.
