If you wanted him to stop selling your stuff, you would have to write to him and give him 30 days notice. He could do the same if he wanted, or he could just stop selling your stuff at any time.

The entire agreement is a legal and binding contract, having your titles online is a separate thing. I exercised my right under the contract to remove your titles at any time. I have not as yet sent written notification of the cancellation of the "contract", as I haven't had the time to do so. The "contract" does not require me at any time to maintain your titles online as I'm protected by the clause. They do not contradict each other. If it means that much to you, I will serve you with written notification. I hadn't had time to write the letter, my bad. I'm still covered.

Our other issues are seperate from business, as unprofessional as a mud slinging can look I would never go outside of the boundries of any contract I have entered into. It doesn't mean we have to like eachother but I'm a better person then that.
