That's impressive that everyone was resquied just few moments before the shop finally sinked, can't imagine how scared people were sitting there in darkness and not know if they will get any help in time

yeah it seems cruise ship captains are cunts. I heard the radio call to the captain of the Costa Concordia being ordered back on the ship to help.... he wouldn't help... he got 16 years in prison.... pretty sure I'll never set foot on a cruise ship

I have read several accounts of captains going down with the ship only to be blown to the surface by air escaping the from the sinking ship.

if you read the survivor accounts of the HMS hood, the captain opens the door to the wheel house and says 'after you', one guy steps out and then the ship immediately sinks
