Actually, he is a pimp. He has never made money selling ho's, in that sense. But he pimps everything in other ways, he's as true to the term as you can get. He's always said he doesn't prostitute women, but if you ask any real pimp about Too Short, they'll say he's a pimp. The game has changed since the 70's, pimpin' is a broader term. He raps about the game of pimpin' because that's what he grew up with. All of his friends coming up were pimps. If you listen to his lyrics you'll see he's true to his pimp game, not one defined by the dictionary.

Anyway, shit, I don't really give a fuck, I'm just saying...

I will say that lot's of rappers are posers and I love when rappers like Jay-Z or 50 Cent pick other rappers apart. It's their way of forming a GFY community in their music.

50 Cent isn't a pimp, neither is Snoop, and they also rap about it. Ludacris and others too. So I guess Too Short was the one who changed that term because he rapped about that first.
