                      I mean the statement in itself is rude, mean, vulgar, etc, etc.

                      If someone placed a sign in their yard (pointed at your house) that said "GO FUCK YOURSELF" wouldn't you find that offensive?

My only thing was that vulgarity has it's place and if it is displayed/used in an area where minors may be then i find it offensive. What is your issue with that?

That is one thing that makes America great.. we don't have to agree on everything. I don't think he should have been abused for wearing the shirt but I also don't agree that my comment warranted my removal from this country either.

                                                                                  The issue is not legality of item being advertised, the issue is the right of a merchant to set standards in their place of business.

                                                                                  You can legally walk around barefoot, with no shirt on, but a store can refuse you entry or service based on your (lack of) clothing.

                                                                                  As another example, stores sell condoms, but the condom boxes don't have penetration pics on them. If they did, I guarantee that the stores would not sell them. Would you then say that these stores are stopping the free speech of condom manufacturers?

                                                                                              If someone came into my store with a GFY shirt I would make sure they were a PAYING customer... then I'd just ask them to roll up their sleeves so the kids don't see.
