excuse my ignorance, but can't you go shopping with paypal's virtual credit card pretty much anywhere you want? from what I understand they offer you a way to use a MasterCard number that they issue you and that you can use with the money you have in your account.

I use godaddy exclusively.. $18 for 2 years w/ guaranteed renewal. Decent interface for switching ownership or DNS info as well.

Transfer money from Pay-Pal and then use Directnic to purchase domain name with CC. Any other registar and your taking your chances. I have been burned to many times to screw around with any other registars.

i used directnic over 2 years and then transfer all my domains to registerfly:
live support in directnic is not so LIVE ;) in registerfly you chat live i you have big problem you can ask support to contact Tim is you have big problem and he never fails  registerfly is cheaper in directnic cheapest offer to buy domains is 1 149 1.00 150 374 0.90 375 749 0.83 750 2999 0.77 3000 6000 0.72 it means when you spend with them 3000*,72=2160$ but it means you have 3000/15=200 domains it means 0,72*15=10,8$ for ONE domain in registerfly you start from level 9,99$ they have regular mailing offer 7,99$ - 8,99$ and of course FlyPacks where the cheapest price is 7,25$ both have domain brokers platform for selling domains and RegsterFly has connection with expired domains catching service called ExpireFish
