    What to do?

    Hello All
    I’ll start by saying sorry for my English since it is not my first language.
    About two years ago I have made a few adult movie scenes with some well know actors, like Brooke Haze, Kenzie Reeves, Tyler steel, Peter Green etc. Those scenes went on PPV in Canada and Europe and are still on since then, now I would love to put them on the internet but don’t know where to start and how to do it the best way (paysite, clip4sale, manyvids or anything else). I have a total of 11 scenes so far and planning to shoot more in a few months when the pandemic virus will be gone, if its gone lol. I am not an expert for internet related stuff so what's my best plan to make it the most profitable? Same as publicity what's the best thing to do to make it seen by the public? I have start working on a few websites but they are not done yet, (katboproductions.com, pevertedlist.com, milfifucked.com and a few others). Thanks for taking time to read this hope to receive good ideas from you experts, wish you guys the best, stay healthy.

      1. Produce original content that is hard to find on tubes.

      2. Open a paysite on a domain that is original, short, easy to remember and brandable.

      3. Cut short clips from your full scenes, watermark them with your website logo and most importantly, your url. Use the clips on tubes for promotion. Most tubes accept scenes over 4 minutes in length. Watch your stats closely. Test different tactics. Some tubes don't require an affiliate program.

          Thanks for the reply, I only have 11 scenes made so far, is that enough to open a paysite with only 11 scenes? I dont want to rip anybody off. Will be making more scenes at the end of the year hopefully.

              Personally, I wouldn't open a paysite with less than 30 scenes, but it depends on their length too. If you shoot long scenes and have new ones ready for regular updates, than it could work.

              Here is a tip: Visit RabbitsReviews.com and see what makes the best sites rank so well and why some are worse than others. Also take a look at the comments from visitors.

                          You could...but I wouldn't. I'd shoot more, maybe around 50 scenes, or as many as your budget allows.

                          But if you want to jump in and build a site and members area around the 11 scenes, do it, but set a low price point Like 7.99 a month with 6 months for 29.99. Then as you ad in more scenes, increase the monthly rate.

                          Once you have that all set up, find every tube you can that will allow you to set up a channel (no matter if they have content partner accounts or not) and upload a full scene or 2 to start, then start uploading the smallest amount they will allow (5-8m). Then as you produce more content, add in more full scenes to your channels.

                          PM me when you get it set up and I'll let you know all the tubes I've found that allow you to upload.

                                                          Find a niche and make a new content and sell it from your own website. It is the hardest, most expensive BUT once you get going it is very sustainable

                                                                      There are a dozen and some websites that will let you monetize your content through their platforms. The downside is that if the content is truly good and unique, in the long run you'll do much better with a paysite. If you want to make money now - put it up on all of the clip stores, see how it does, play around with the meta and see what you can learn from your sales analytics.

                                                                          Shoot more scenes and I will make you money with your content. How much $$$ depends on many factors, of course. But with only 11 scenes I would just throw them up on Clips4Sale or wait until you have more to start a paysite. If they are long scenes maybe do VOD too.

                                                                          Barring any of that go to a tube site, signup as a Producer, and go from there. Have luck!

                                                                              you could set up to sell it yourself, dvd of 4 scenes, 1.5 hr long 1k return after bbfc, distribution costs and pressing...

                                                                                  To make it simple and easy for you, i would try to use turnkey solutions like CentroProfits, clipsforsale, probably AEBN (contact Stephan), AdultDvdempire, etc
                                                                                  you don't have to take care of anything, they include billing, hosting, you just need to upload your scenes, set up the price, you get your link and you can monetize them right away
