CrakRevenue has lots of cam sponsors and they pay via PayPal for USA and Canadian affiliates if I am not wrong.

One advantage of paypal is, how you can send payment as "gift", and in that case there is no fee applied to it. So not sure why there is no more sponsors using it.

That isn't an option for all txns, actually i seldom have that option.

Damn.. I spent like 25 minutes going through my paypal summary and try to find out which sponsors they were from, and then find the good ones and find linking codes.

And as always people never sign up to the ref codes

I am Uruguayan but I live in several countries, at the moment I am in Mexico.
so I can't get the paxum card, in fact I had that card, but it is impossible to renew it

That's just how it is. I think I could count on one hand the number of times an OP joined via one of my links. But, you will see some random joins down the road from that post. 90% of those joins won't do anything - perhaps just looking for free content for tubes and whatnot. A good chunk of those that do convert will typically reveal themselves to be scammers - multiple sales right off the bat and when the program catches wind of it you'll see their accounts disabled. Then there are the genuine affiliates who generate the occasional commissions - I would say around 5-6% of your total signups.

About 0.02% are your unicorns - these are smart, active affiliates whom you have provided what they were looking and will bring in regular and consistent commissions. Mysterious and elusive, they will disappear just as suddenly when they move on to their next project.

I don't have a bank account, I don't use cards, and I don't have a stable address.
and the paypal account is not with my name, it is from a friend.

If you send as gift, you just make the recipient pay the fee instead of you.

Yes Paypal affiliate payouts should be sent as Mass Pay, it's a lot cheaper.

Ad networks do it right with Mass Pay, but most paysite sponsors send Paypals one by one. Then the recipient party gets hit with a huge fee (around 5%) if they are outside the US. (You heard right, Paypal has different fees for cross-border transactions...) And then they incur another significant loss if they exchange the money to their local currency at Paypal's rates.
