    has this ever happenned to you?

    Lol... I was checking my stats... then I see like 50K from somewhere I already had received the hits I was supposed to for my gallery listings (already listed all I sent)

    so I go check the page, look for the posts under "Mag"... it's all down to archives..

    so I do a search on my domain... well some Joe Surfer had submitted one of my past galleries up there LOL Free traffic.

    anybody had similar stories?

      As a matter of fact I have had that going on for .... shit.... I guess almost since I started..... I have no idea who is doing it but I have a little helper that submits my big free site to all these 4 women places and I see weird stats like this all the time. He/she submits it to TGPs sometimes, but mostly to all male links sites......

      I think it's cute myself..... and takes alot of work off of me..... and this person has never asked anything from me in return...... I wish I knew who was doing it though so I could thank them.

          yeah, that's for site.s.. if they like it, they submit it... they don't know the webmaster scene behind it

                  I've seen weird stuff like that all the time for my galleries that I submit on the big link lists, I figured it was just TGP's that were trying to grow by putting the listings on their pages.

                  Maybe it IS those digital pixies...

                      yeah, I've had other tgps take lsitings from other tgps as well..


                      but THIS time, my gallery with recips to JJJ and SNAKESWORLD got submitted by a "kent" to Book-Mark.net..

                      it was the second time that gallery got listed there

                          I once had something like that happen. A gallery page of mine was submitted to and accepted at TheHun. The page was submitted by "Andrea" or something like that!

                          When I saw how much traffic I was getting that turned me on to tgp posting.

                              I have that happen all the time. It seems like smaller TGPs are grabbing links from the big guys, or that the same webmaster owns multiple TGPs.

                              When I get listed on the hun, the next day there are 10 more that have picked up the link... and THEY seem to send better traffic!

                                      yeah, bbs traffic is good, as long as they don't hotlink all your pics... happens quite often before I restricted my htaccess

                                          Once someone hotlinked some of my thumbs on a BBS and I got some nice traffic. (the thumbs on my site are to my favorite galleries, I don't actually have any pictures)
