I dont know do they support widget but beside google there is bing and yandex translate so check do they have such thing.

Bing got rid of theirs last year...

There is a WP Plugin - Never used it so I don't know how good it is: https://wordpress.org/plugins/bing-website-translator/

You dont actually need the widget, you can still link directly to google translate.
