          Interesting question - As far as I am aware the queen could actually make it law - It would cause a major constitutional (?constitutional) crisis if she did as she only does what she is told by the government. That has been the case for many years (?100's)...

          If the term is not trademarked then Harry could turn round and tell the queen to GFY - It gets even more complicated because there is also a law that says you can't call yourself royal if you are not - However Harry is! Can the queen 'unroyal' him and make it enforceable?...

          It will take the finest legal minds to work it out - Good job you asked on GFY!..

              I asked here because this is the only place I can chat with blokes.... yeah Harry having a 'woke' bride is bad for business, I got the impression they were no longer allowed to call themselves 'The Duke and Duchess of Sussex' .... woke is bad for business... woke BS has just about destroyed the school district where I live. woke is going to elect Trump pres again. the guys here at GFY just can't seem to understand that.

              when i said the reason I voted for trump was because I wasn't allowed to say merry christmas the demo's here all made cracks about what dumb ass I was yet exit polls pretty much agreed with me. why is it easier to blame russia than except the truth?
