when you 'license' out the goods as exclusive to a client, do you provide the model release, 2257 compliance documents, IDs, AND a license paper that transfers rights from photgrapher to the exclusive licensee ? or do you just write on the model release as a contract between the licensee and then model ? |

We've produced over 100 exclusive episodes for various reality sites. We make 2 originals of everything...one to the customer and we keep one.
