Adult Websites in the Czech Republic

Is it legal in the Czech Republic to run adult website without AVS
and to get a business license, tax advisor and bank account for that?

I haven't been there for decades.

It is very much legal, BUT PC is also starting in Czech Republic. So do NOT name your company with any sort of porny name... Your domain ( unless "clean") should be different then your bank acct. or license name.

"Zivnost" does not allow you to have a business with payment processing where DPH is charged and refunded. Only s.r.o. does. I believe that OP was looking for that?

Well that sucks. Good thing i dont need to charge DPH as i am not in DPH system nor i sell B2C

You can be self-employed (OSVC) and still be a DPH payer. I did this for 5 years.

our banks always knew what we did and never had a problem with that

if you start driving around in sport cars with your porn url on the car and flaunt your wealth to everyone, you might run into issues though. not because of the porn but because Czechs are jealous people

But how do you know that they don't have a Czech bank account if the company is registered in Czech Republic? Nobody puts his bank account number on his porn site
