    PornHub Sued

    Read a story about a deaf man suing PornHub for lack of closed-caption options for users. The Disabilities Act Law makes it illegal to discriminate against deaf people.

    I’m thinking that he has a good case and other streaming porn companies are ready to accommodate deaf people.

    The amount awarded, if he wins, could be substantial.

                                  My hearing is good, but I turn off the sound when I watch some porny clip to avoid the fake sighs and BG noises. I play my favored arias instead.

                                          Closed captioning in porn, I'm all for it. Recommend the feature if you'd like, start a petition if you want and campaign for signatures...but a lawsuit claiming you're being discriminated against? Give me a fucking break.
