WP-Script broken on Wordpress 5.3?

I just upgraded to Wordpress 5.3 on one of my WP-Script tube sites and now I can't access the WP-Script dashboard within the WP Admin area. The button that is usually there on the bottom left column is missing. I'm also getting a bunch of error messages on the top of the Admin page. The site itself still seems to be online and looking OK.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Also, I thought WP-Script had a user forum page on their site. When clicking on the "Community" link I just get their Knowledge Base page, no forum. Did they take this down or can someone provide a direct link to it?

I have dozens of sites using it and I do not have such issues as well.

You may face a current WP-Script core issue due to latest WordPress 5.3 new version. No panic, WP-Script Core update will be released within the week and will make the script compatible with WP 5.3

OP here: thanks for the info and update! Odd that everyone else here was not seeing the issue I was. Anyhow, as I originally said I no longer see the WP-Script button in my admin panel so I'm not sure how I'll be able to do the update. I suppose I'll need to uninstall all the WP-Script items and reinstall?

I would recommend you first to wait for the update we are going to release, as the core will be compatible with 5.3. If you can't access your admin after that, maybe you should uninstall/install again yes

A small advice. You should remove any mentions of words such as ad placement, ad, banner in your themes' code because all advertising areas get blocked by ad blockers. It should not take much work to change it.

Thank you for your feedback, we already changed these words to avoid being blocked by adblockers but we may forgot some of them. Can you please reach me in DM (or even in this thread) to tell me where did you spot these words ?

I just checked out the sites that are using UltimaTube and ads are being blocked by Ad Blocker.

I had same issue.

Hold down ctrl and then use your mouse to scroll out to zoom out

then you will see

one of my sites needed to have the wp core uploaded manually via ftp

Do not update to the latest version of the script. It will destroy your site. If you have already done so, delete the script via FTP, then upload the older version. Apparently, these guys don't know what they're doing.

I found my problem of losing my media library was Wordfence. I must have fucked up some sitting or another. I've been using Wordfence for years now so who knows. I deleted it and started using Wordfence Login Security with 2FA instead.

Wordfence is definitely one of the first problem that affects your script. Please disable it

I have a question. Does the plugin WPS Player prevent showing Pornhub's advertising, popups, and popunders?
