Business Next gen VR studio conceptualised, fabricated, tested, branded- In need of seed capital to launch-

Where / how does one go about looking for a silent investor or other types of partnerships in the industry as content producer with an innovative idea without getting fucked over?

Can an NDA really cover my ass? Feel flimsy, like a condom.

I've been keeping this shit in the dark for years to keep someone coming along with more resources and run with it. Think supercult and burning angels if you know the story. I've talked with patent and copyright lawyers a bit.. It's been the number one thing holding me back from cold pitching this to anyone remotely in the industry. Kind of at the end of my rope in a very literal sense, so Fuck it. I'm tired of sitting on this. I invested everything I had back in 2017 to prototype this, lost what surmounts to a wife, etc etc. 3 years of R&D as of this month.

Credit loans are out of the question/ I bootstrapped this to my breaking point

I actually went through the whole process of working with an investor this year, but the person had no experience in the business of content production. He was a business man and a mentor but it was pulling teeth and nails. I researched the crap out of the industry to spoon feed him every step of the way. It's fair to say things didn't work out. At least I have a pretty comprehensive road map now.

I'm talking not much more than 10k to launch.
3k to secure a studio space,
    3k for camera equipment,
2k for the first wave of talent,
2k+ for set up costs / production assistant

I still have my finger on the pulse in Brooklyn, art babe capital. This is what I do best. I know how to entice really cute/fashionable girls to perform. As a visual anthropologist, I basically minored in porn studies. It's a thing.

I'm 31, I have nothing left to lose but hope itself. Who wants to partner up? I have an LLC, domain, website, performers and a business account ready. I'm sitting on a little treasure throve of test footage. If anyone is genuinely interested, send me a line at [email protected]

Don’t just take it from me, I briefly put up a raw unedited VR explicit clip on pornhub last week, and this is what an internet stranger had to say. Now that’s feedback you can't ignore.

Disclaimer: I have been producing hundreds of VR videos for Reality Lovers, so I do think I know a bit or two.

That being said: you come across a bit weird and your costs of $10k to launch are a massive miscalculation.

But I like what I see.

And your best bet at this point is taking the content you have and deal with Alex at Sex Like Real (see beavr).

You will be able to monetize immediately and from what I hear, the payouts are decent.

Build a brand and keep re-investing in new content.

If you then feel someday that setting up your own site is necessary, you don't start at zero.

But the chances that someone gives you $10k and it results in success for you and him are zero.

Unfortunately, I can't monotize any of the footage I have, for I did not pay any of the performers at the time of testing. If anything I made them sign NDAs. It simply stands as a proof of concept. Hence the fund raising to create new footage precisely for monitization via sites like Alex's and everything else under the sun. From which I do imagine the pay out will be decent, and with enough volume and growth, I can't imagine why the 10k to get the project running again would't be made back.

I think you have something really unique, creative and interesting. But I am not sure I actually understand it as a pornographic endeavor. Perhaps I am missing something, but I would love to hear some deeper explanation of concept and end use. I have made more vr than most, but it is pretty straight ahead pornography that makes money,
(you can click my link below) but I would love to hear more about your vision.

I only say that because he is pitching on a porn web board. I think it is beautiful.

Thank you, I do appreciate the compliments from y'all. I've had to brand this in an artistic way for a wider audience to show my skillset. I've kept mostly away from the more explicit content we shot during testing to not get in trouble with lovers from the past.
Now I have to be that guy who digs through his personal collection.. ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯
I made a little video to connect the dots for y'all. Pinky swear not to distribute this content. :shiftyeyes

Please note that during these test shots, the hypercube is still not 100% completed. We shot at bare minimum buyable product as they say. Most of the shots were done with non VR lenses since to get the true absolute final result for VR, we needed two camera operators and I was working with limited resources. The production value can only go up from here. I have a list of improvements at hand ready to be executed.

                    HYP VR TEST II Explicit

This a VR raw cut with no post work done what so ever- literally the first time uploading this footage

                    pornhub.com/view_video.php?viewkey=ph5dcb999963b9a

Rough cut of test shots for screening purposes only; still *DROOLING* - and this was shot at only half of the production potential, in a technical, aesthetic and sexually explicitness sense.
