22 Hours! I moved two domains over to my new XFR box. I eased through the migration by pointing the current NS to the new box then changing the DNS at the registrar... no downtime.

I changed a few last week. They were working here on my provider in about 10 hours. I kept both servers active for a week though just to make sure.

About 8 to 10 hours a few weeks back. DNS changes seem to be getting a lot quicker at last.

I'm going on 3-4 months now. Switched DNS in January, still have tiny traffic resolving to my old server. ridiculous.

Last time I changed I only got about 50% of my traffic resolving to my new server in 48 hours. Things were much better at 72, but I still had traffic hitting my old server up to a week after the switch.

the Majority of the people will go over in 18-36 hours. A few hours after it gets changed in the master records people start hitting it, and up for days/week later hits still go through to the old site.
