Hi,
I mailed my contract package last monday by fedex. I think they should have recieved it many days ago. But I still got no feedback from them. For people who have acpay accohahahaha, how long did u get ur account up?? Thanks.

Faxed in what they told me to, was set up in less then a day. I think I faxed it on a drunken wednesday night, got set up the next day in the afternoon.

Could take longer then, especially if it wasn't an overnight fedex.
Don't worry, these guys are spot on. I haven't had support as good as theirs from any biller, ever. Maybe drop them an e-mail...

I have sent them email 3 times 2 days ago and still got no reply. Maybe I should have quote my clinet id with them. But unfortunately I lost it.......

Phone them. It's odd that they are taking this long. I had good luck with them. I did have a support question and it took them 2 days to reply, but it wasn't urgent.

Try phoning them.....

Doesn't take long. I fax stuff from stores all the time...like $1.00 a page...easier than hooking up my stupid fax machine.

Plug phone line in.
Fax now set up.
